Can I update the content remotely?

Yes, if you have access to the local network from afar either by VPN or port forwarding from a static IP, yes, you can update the content remotely. Your network administration would be able to advise on whether you have remote access to your network. Contact us if you have questions about remote updates.

What file formats are supported by the software?

Can I centrally manage the TouchIT Digital Signage Players?

Yes, we offer a piece of software that will allow you to do this. However, we only recommend centrally managing if you have over 15 players deployed in a signage application.

How do I update the content?

The content can be updated by any browser connected to the network. You browse to the IP address of the player and the integrated web server allows you to update the content.
